1095 Forms and help

We have formally entered the tax season which means 1095 forms. If you lost your form, do not have access to a printer, your dog ate it and you are in Washington State. Then contact Suzie Health Solutions. 

If it is for a paid plan off of the Washington Healthplanfinder then it literally takes less than 5 minutes to recreate another one. If you walk into our office at 1630 N Wenatchee AVE, Suite 18; Wenatchee then we will even print  a copy for you. We do not charge and this is just one of the perks that we do.

If you have a 1095 for Apple Health. This takes a little longer. We do need an email address and the Healthcare Authority has to mail it to the address listed. I do dozens of these every years.

What happens if your 1095 is wrong? I have already processed my first one today  that had December completely wrong. These are rare and they do happen. While it only takes a few minutes to complete the form. It can take up to two weeks to get a response form the Healthplanfinder.

If you use the exchange then you must file your taxes. Seriously, don't skip it as it will lead to quick disaster.

Masks in Washington state including Spanish videos

A few people noticed the distinct lack of materials concerning masks and wearing them. This is a problem since Washington state businesses were required to mask up July 7th . We just passed 3 million infected will little signs of slowing down. Yes, this means if you are in public doing business and can not social distance then you need to have a mask on. These materials are designed to be shared and help out. We do not know if it is biological or environmental. It is impacting the Latinx four times greater than the white population. Let's look at the beginning and problems: If you listen to one of the protest groups then you hear a lot of statements concerning the Constitutionality of Governor's Inslees stay at home orders. When you start look at the history of our country then you see that pandemics are nothing new.
